  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add crumbled tempeh and spices, stir well.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve with toast or avocado.
